your ram is a bit overboard and may not be compatible with your present motherboard. a ddr2 800 ram is also known as PC 6400. your current ram is only ddr2 533. so make sure first that your motherboard can accept memories of upto 800 mhz.

I doubt that DDR2-800 will be compatible
Try to get PC2-4200, its slower, but guaranteed compatible.
The video card will work, since you have a PCI-E slot.
update:
after reading the other person's answer, yes, it does support DDR2 800. usually, companies like HP are lazy to put DDR2 800 support in their motherboards, and this is the second motherboard i have seen that supports it from HP.
The ATX power supply should work, since HP uses ATX power supplies in its minitowers. (well, my new power supply worked in my HP computer)
