gues by Steven D Since the visitor is not on the lease, she's not to be there. Did your roommate talk to you before she did this? If not, she is responsible for any damages. You can ask the visitor to leave, if she protests the next step is call the owner, who has the right to tell the visitor to leave. If she still refuses, then it's time to call the police. When your roommate returns, talk to her see if she knows how a lease works. If she attempts to allow this person to stay longer, she is violating the lease and you both can be evicted. Stand up for yourself, you pay half the rent. |

gues by wangjjambbong My roommate has left for the weekend and is allowing her friend to live in her room. The problem is is that this girl does not like me or get along with me. Do I have the right to kick her out if my roommate is not here to be with her guest? |
