I had comcast cable at my original home in the Chicago suburbs. To be honest, I have no idea why comcast would get rid of the weather channel at your house. I recommend you or one of your parents call up comcast and find out why this is going on. Your cable box could be having problems and its blocking the weather channel along with other channels, but I doubt that.
